2025 RHO Fit

fit great in a 2025 model RAM 1500 RHO but it did not come with a key (maybe I lost them) but it's cool I will work with the company to get that fixed if not Amazon sells them in black for like $20. We live a short life can't complain about small details. Overall the product is good unless you have a car seat. Then you have to remove it to get to your stuff but that is a given. A easy install even for a disabled vet.

Pretty good but not great.

Very solid build. I had the GMC OEM version of this, but swapped it out as I wanted to top that was attached and hinged. The reason it did not get five stars are: first, I wish the hinge top was in two pieces so it mirrored the split of the seats. II cut it myself to make the split. Second, the holes did not quite lineup and it was a bit difficult to install, and once I got it installed, it was a little tweaked, and the top didn’t fit as well as it could have, besides were rubbing and I had to shave it down so the top would close other than other than that it’s good

Nice storage

I am pleased with the rear seat storage box for my 1500 Silverado. I have had a couple OEM boxes in previous trucks. This aftermarket box is definitely better made and of heavier materials. Installation was easy kind of, that comment relates to a plastic wing nut I will call it that came with the box. On the drivers side there is a threaded stud that projects out form the truck body and typically would hold a bracket and the jack tools. Once the Du-Ha box is installed there is no way to use the wing nut as it is far too long wing tip to wing tip to turn once put on the threaded stud, which projects through the tool box to secure it on the driver’s side. My solution was a trip to Ace Hardware for a metric wing nut that is shorter tip to tip so it could turn inside the box. This would not be an issue at all with a model that does not have a lid, but mine does however. Thus the supplied plastic wing nut device did not have enough clearance to turn once inside the box. Minor and easy .59 cent fix.

2020 RAM 1500 Limited Crew Cab Experience.

I have had it for sometime now. It was a good purchase. It doesn't standout at all. It is just there wherever I need it. The one thing I noticed, which isn't really the box is that i need to be careful that the wiring loom under the seat behind the driver doesn't move to where it gets crushed between the lid and the seat... I saw the possibility early on and have just been careful to not let it happen. I have no evidence that it is a problem but it made me nervous. I really wish the marketing and documentation would say whether it is CA and CO compliant for guns. It is impossible to reach when you are driving and would be very difficult for a passenger to get to even if it wasn't locked, but if locked it would be harder still.

I would give it 5 stars if it had CA DOJ and CO approval in a heartbeat. If someone a DUHA reads this and can send me an email and let me change this I would be glad to. My bottomline take. It was well worth it and I would do it again unless I just didn't have the money. Frankly, I think RAM should wise up and make this an option. It would be a positive of customers, DUHA, and RAM.
