DÜHA works hard to get every order to you quickly and affordably. This page covers where we ship, our standard shipping process, and additional terms that apply specifically to UTV Toppers and RotoKAP products due to their size and weight.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any destination outside the United States.
General Shipping Information
Orders placed online ship via UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, or in some cases USPS Priority Mail. Individual orders placed by 12:00 PM CST typically ship the same or next business day and arrive within 2–7 business days. Freight orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Some addresses that are historically difficult to reach — due to remote location, limited access, or other known delivery obstacles — may require shipping arrangements or charges beyond standard ground shipping. Large Item Shipping Disclaimer: UTV Toppers & RotoKAP
The terms below apply specifically to UTV Topper and RotoKAP orders. DÜHA does everything possible to ship these products for free or at minimal cost, but due to their size and weight, certain delivery conditions can require additional shipping charges.
If additional charges apply to your order, we will call you before shipping to explain the charges and get your approval. If you're not satisfied with the explanation, you may cancel your order at that time.
How to Avoid Additional Charges
Most additional charges can be avoided by shipping to a commercial address (not residential) that has easy access for a forklift or a loading dock. Remote and rural areas may still be subject to additional shipping charges regardless of address type.
Possible Additional Shipping Charges
We review every order carefully before contacting a customer about additional charges. The table below outlines the situations that can require an added fee. More than one may apply to a single order — for example, some deliveries require both a residential and a lift gate charge.

Order Cancellation
DÜHA reserves the right to cancel any large or bulky item order when extreme or unforeseen shipping costs are required. If an order becomes extremely costly to ship and the customer is not willing to pay the additional charges, DÜHA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
