DÜHA works hard to get every order to you quickly and affordably. This page covers where we ship, our standard shipping process, and additional terms that apply to select large items that ship via pallet freight due to their size and weight.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any destination outside the United States.
General Shipping Information
Orders placed online ship via UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, or in some cases USPS Priority Mail. Individual orders placed by 12:00 PM CST typically ship the same or next business day and arrive within 2–7 business days. Freight orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Some addresses that are historically difficult to reach — due to remote location, limited access, or other known delivery obstacles — may require shipping arrangements or charges beyond standard ground shipping. Select large items ship via pallet freight due to their size and weight. Before adding one of these items to your cart, you'll see an on-screen notice summarizing the terms below, which you'll need to acknowledge before the item can be added. DÜHA does everything possible to ship these items for free or at minimal cost, but certain delivery conditions can require additional shipping charges.

In some cases — such as residential delivery, lift gate service, or a required delivery appointment — additional shipping charges will apply starting at $170. If you know or can have this order shipped to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, this would avoid additional charges. We will always call to confirm any added cost before your order ships, and you can cancel at that time if you'd rather not proceed.
How to Avoid Additional Charges
Most additional charges can be avoided by shipping to a commercial address (not residential) that has easy access for a forklift or a loading dock. Remote and rural areas may still be subject to additional shipping charges regardless of address type.
Possible Additional Shipping Charges
We review every order carefully before contacting a customer about additional charges. Lift gate service, residential delivery, and a required delivery appointment are the three most common additional charges, and they often apply together — when all three combine, additional shipping starts at $170. The table below breaks down each individual charge.

Other Rare or Extraordinary Circumstances
The situations above cover the most common additional charges, but they aren't exhaustive. Some destinations present rare or unusual delivery challenges that don't fit neatly into the categories listed — for example, extreme mileage to a far-flung point within the continental U.S., or other unforeseen, highly location-specific obstacles a carrier identifies when quoting the order. DÜHA reserves the right to assess any additional charges in these rare, case-by-case circumstances, even when they aren't explicitly listed above. As with every additional charge, we will always contact you first to explain the charge and get your approval before your order ships.
Order Cancellation
DÜHA reserves the right to cancel any large or bulky item order when extreme or unforeseen shipping costs are required. If an order becomes extremely costly to ship and the customer is not willing to pay the additional charges, DÜHA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
